DIAMOND CREEK
A 19.1 acre residential project in Roseville, California, features 131 single family residential lots and an 11-acre mixed-use lot with 75,000 square feet of retail and a ½ acre townhome site. Ubora provided technical support for entitlement applications, including preparation of preliminary utility, sewer and drainage plans and studies. Approved entitlements include General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, Re-zone, Tentative Subdivision Map and Final Map. In addition, Ubora prepared and secured approval for the improvement plans. The project has commenced rough grading.
